Most of us can't afford to purchase the wrong parts and have to lost the time and money it takes to correct the problem. We are associated with many of the industries leading manufacturers just like the main stream parts catalogs, however we conduct business a little bit differently. Often times our customers know exactly what they need, however they need to order it and know that it will get there on time, or that they can get the best price. Also, we do not offer a "shopping cart" online store, simply because we know exactly how important it can be to talk to that actual person and not a recording, or what it is like to order something by researching the info on the internet and still get the wrong part. We do not charge for consultation with our customers when they simply need to know the right parts to use! We wish to maintain a 100% personal feel to our company!
